Who I Am Personally
Here are a few fun facts about me: I’m a Bible believing woman of faith, wife and mother of two (16 and 4 years old). I married my husband twice (great story, more on that later), and we love to chop it up in the kitchen together. We’re going to open an amazing cafe one day —and you might find me there reading, writing or simply dining.
I love fine dining —assam, chai tea, London fog and pumpkin spice lattes included—and I watch animated movies like a 4-year-old because they embody the concept of reimagination, which I absolutely adore!
What I Do
My work lies at the intersection of Faith, Identity, Womanhood, Life and Leadership—and I partner with women, leaders, organizations and institutions of higher learning to restore depth, excellence and integrity to how we live love and lead. I do this work through my writing, speaking at conferences, retreats and masterminds, workshops, and consulting —leveraging my 25+ years' experience as a quality and performance improvement professional in the health, hospital, and non-profit sector, to provide strategic solutions for navigating complexities and producing quality outcomes in life and business.
What You Can Expect
As a bible believing woman of faith, I've found that being a wife and mother are the most revered titles I hold, and in all my years of trying to become the "ideal woman", they are by far the most humbling, and I teach from this foundation. I started out sharing insights on womanhood and the female identity on Instagram and Facebook back in 2020. Over the years, however, my work has grown into something much deeper—which I’m slowly uncovering in my writing.
I’m currently working on my first book, titled: The Way Forward: A Strategic Guide for Living Loving and Leading with Greater Clarity and Conviction.
This work is meant to be reflective, thought-provoking, and transformative—and my mission is to help others reactivate their faith and reposition their lives for a much deeper purpose by reconnecting with biblical truth.
Every piece written is observed through a biblical lens and offers a powerful shift in perspective as it pertains to modern assumptions about faith, identity, womanhood, leadership and what it means to be successful in this world. The aim is not to critique progress, but to rediscover a rhythm that honors God and His divine purpose for our lives —restoring depth, wisdom, excellence and integrity to how we live, love and lead.
